New Crown Molding with Inserts

Introducing our new cabinet crown molding line with inserts

Built in design versatility is a unique feature of our Insert Crown Molding. This is brought about by having a route run along each of the crown molding that will allow the Crown Molding to feature different designs. Our Classic Crown Molding comes in 96” and is offered in 12 different wood types.  Osborne’s insert options consist of Egg & Dart, Dental and Rope designs.

There are two ways in which you can install the inserts to the crown molding. First you can install the insert before installing the Crown Molding to the wall by running a bead of glue along the back side of the insert and place that in the rout of the crown molding and use clamps to hold the molding in place while the glue dries. Second you may install the Crown Molding and then place the bead of glue along the back of the insert and place the insert in its route. Once you  have done that you can hold it in place by using a Brad gun.

Osborne’s second Crown Molding that we offer is our Contemporary Crown Molding offered at a 96” length and in 10 wood types.  The inserts available for the Contemporary Crown Molding are the Classic, Grape, Basket weave and Acanthus Leaf designs.
