Custom Bar using Osborne Rope Island Posts
A custom bar can be just what a room needs to add character and visual appeal. Whether added to the kitchen, den, or home theater, a bar can add both functionality and design. By combining varieties of wood types and finishes, a bar project is a one of a kind! The raw uniqueness and exclusivity makes a custom bar a perfect option for expressing your individuality.
Bret of Bret’s Carpentry in Ohio recently shared with us a beautiful custom bar that he created. The bar includes Extended Rope Island Legs (Part #1529) as a supportive accent for the piece. The island legs are 5″ wide, allowing them to add extra detail and dimension to the bar. Bret told us that the bar itself is maple with walnut panels. The beautiful final stain not only brings out the character of the wood, but the complimenting features of the maple and walnut pieces. A perfect combination. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this project Bret, and for sharing your photo with us.
No matter the bar or counter design, Osborne offers the right choice for wood components. From kitchen island legs of all shapes, sizes, and styles to corbels and brackets, Osborne is a one stop shop for your custom design needs!
