Beautiful Memories in a Beautiful Table
Our friend Cameron with Redline Woodworks sent over pictures of a table that he recently built for one of his customers. Grab a box of tissues, because this story is one to pull at your heart strings! The legs for this table were purchased through Osborne, but this time, our legs won’t be the focus for the family.
Cameron purchased our Husky Dining Table Legs, which as you all know, are the most popular design that we offer. He painted the legs and the skirting black, and distressed them to give the table a more antique, worn down feeling. The table turned out beautifully, but the real story is in the table top.
The top was created from a Hickory tree that was located in his customer’s front yard. Her husband cut the tree down, expecting to make a beautiful table for his wife, but sadly passed away before he could do so. “I was honored with the task of building this table,” said Cameron. “And the table legs I got from Osborne were perfect for what the customer wanted.” We are so very honored to have been a part in creating this memory for the family. We hope that it lasts forever as we know his memory will.
